Terms of sale

Version 1.1 · effective 18 September 2026. The version in force on the day you buy applies to your purchase.

1. Who does what

Course supplier and platform operator: SERO, UAB (company code 307592372), Uolės g. 14, Dovainonių k., LT-56341 Kaišiadorių r., Lithuania. Email: info@sero.lt. We acknowledge messages within two working days.

Payment: checkout is run by Stripe through its Managed Payments service. Your purchase is shown as Sold through Link: Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe affiliate, takes the payment, calculates, collects and remits any VAT, sends your receipt and invoice, and handles payment support and refunds. Link's terms govern the payment itself; your card statement shows LINK.COM*. SERO is the seller and supplier of the course, and your contract for the course is with SERO. Sold through Link, LLC acts as merchant of record for payment and tax purposes. SERO provides the course, your access and product support, and makes the promises in these terms.

SERO, UAB is not registered for VAT in Lithuania. The price you see includes any VAT that applies to you; it is calculated, collected and remitted through Stripe Managed Payments, which also issues your receipt and invoice.

2. What you are buying

Access, for one named person, to the recorded lessons and downloadable materials (the PDF worksheets) of the edition named at checkout. Lessons are in English. Video lessons are streamed in the browser; no download of them is offered while the course operates. Nothing is shipped.

3. When access starts and what you need

Access is activated once Stripe confirms your payment, normally within minutes, and we email you at the address used at checkout. You sign in with a one-time code sent to that address. You need an internet connection; a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, which play the lessons' MP4 (H.264 video, AAC audio) format; JavaScript and the one session cookie enabled; and access to that email account.

After purchase we email you a contract confirmation stating your order, any immediate-access consent you gave, and these terms in full as an attachment. Keep it: it is your durable record.

4. What "lifetime access" means

There is no recurring fee and no expiry date on your account. Access continues for as long as SERO operates the edition you bought. It is not a promise to operate for ever, and this is said here rather than in a footnote because it is the part of "lifetime" buyers are most often misled by.

If SERO permanently closes the course, we will:

Downloaded lessons remain licensed for personal use only; they may not be shared, published or resold.

5. Later editions and upgrade credit

You are buying the edition named at checkout and nothing else. Any later edition is a separate purchase. If you email info@sero.lt within 12 months after buying an edition, we will verify the original order and issue a one-use checkout credit equal to the course price you paid for it, excluding any refunded amount, applied to the then-current price of Complete. The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value and expires 12 months after the original purchase.

6. Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For digital content supplied immediately, the right ends only once access has begun, you gave your express prior consent and acknowledged that you lose the right, and we have sent you the contract confirmation on a durable medium (our confirmation email). Until all of those conditions are met, your right of withdrawal remains. Before checkout opens, the sales page asks you to tick an unticked box stating:

I ask for immediate access to the course and I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins.

(or the same statement in the language you are reading the page in). We record the wording version, the language, and when you ticked it, and quote it in the confirmation email.

If those conditions are not met for your order (for example because you reached checkout another way), you keep the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. To withdraw, use the Withdraw from contract here function, linked at the bottom of every page, and we will immediately email you confirmation of the request with its content, date and time. You may also tell us by email to info@sero.lt, using the model form below or in your own words, before the 14 days end. We then arrange a full refund through Stripe to your original payment method without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days, and your access ends.

7. The 30-day guarantee, which is extra

Separately from your legal rights, SERO offers a commercial guarantee. Finish Module 2 and fill in your first Fit Sheet. If it does not change what you hand over the following week, email info@sero.lt within 30 days of your purchase and we refund you in full. Those are the two conditions; there are no forms and no other evidence required. The refund is made through Stripe to your original payment method, and your access ends. This guarantee does not limit any right the law gives you.

8. If something is wrong with the course

If the course is not supplied, or does not match what these terms and the sales page describe, contact info@sero.lt. We will bring it into conformity within a reasonable time, free of charge and without significant inconvenience to you. Where the law allows, you may instead receive a proportionate price reduction or end the contract and receive the refund required by law. These rights are separate from the 30-day guarantee and apply whether or not you used it.

9. Updates and what we do not promise

The course teaches a method for working with AI tools. It does not guarantee any commercial result. Tools shown in the lessons are third-party products that change. For as long as access continues we will inform you of and provide the updates necessary to keep the course in conformity with these terms. Beyond that, because walkthroughs are rendered from code, we may update them when a tool change materially affects a lesson.

10. Your account

One account is for one person. Sharing sign-in details or lesson content breaches these terms. If we see signs of an account being shared at scale, we will contact you before taking any action. We do not fingerprint devices.

11. Complaints and applicable law

Send written complaints to info@sero.lt. We acknowledge them within two working days and examine them free of charge. If we reject your request or accept it only in part, within 14 calendar days of receiving it we send you a detailed, reasoned written answer naming the out-of-court dispute resolution body below. Questions about the payment transaction itself may also be raised with Link support at support.link.com. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba), A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, Lithuania, vvtat.lrv.lt, or to the courts.

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.

Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract and your right of withdrawal still applies (section 6).
