A self-paced course for people with real jobs

One method. Run it until part of your week runs without you.

Five steps, taught once on a small task, then run on your real work, then left running unattended. Not a list of AI topics.

The method

Five steps. Every practical exercise runs through the same loop.

The real test of a course is the task it never covered. A learner who has the loop has a procedure. A learner who has topics has notes.

Try step 1 on your own work · 30 seconds

Is this task even worth handing over?

Could you check the result in seconds?
Does it come back monthly or more often?
VerdictCANDIDATE

Checkable and recurring: brief it once, run it on a schedule, check it in a minute. This is where the payoff lives.

That was MAP, step 1 of 5. The course runs the other four on the same task. See the editions

  1. 01MAP

Is this task even worth handing over?

  2. 02BRIEF

Can I state it so someone else could run it?

  3. 03GROUND

Does it have my facts, not the model's guesses?

  4. 04DELEGATE

How far up can this move without me?

  5. 05CHECK

How do I know it was right, cheaply?

Each skipped step has a known failure. That is what makes the method teachable instead of decorative. And it is why the course refuses to be a list of tools.

Your work, not a demo

The loop is the same for everyone. The examples are not.

Every practical lesson carries four versions of the same exercise. You pick your track on day one and the course uses your kind of Tuesday from then on. This is why generic AI courses fail in the room: the demo is always someone else's job.

38 s demo · animated interfaces
Animated, not recorded

Interfaces that are drawn, not screen-captured.

Every walkthrough is rendered from code, so it can be updated when a tool change affects the lesson, and it never shows someone else's account. That is the difference you notice in the first minute.

Lesson 2.1 · MAP
One task, five steps

The same task travels through all five steps.

A supplier status report goes in at MAP and comes out at CHECK as a running, checked automation. You do the same with a task from your own week, on a Fit Sheet, in the same order.

Program

Seventeen modules, in the order the method is learned.

Learn it once in Part One. Run it on your real work in Two and Three. Leave it running in Four. Keep it true in Five. Tools lessons are 27 % of runtime and are replaced one at a time; the rest is about how the model behaves, not which button to press, and does not change when a vendor ships an update.

Questions

No required tool, no cohort, no certificate. Just work you can show.

Are the lessons in my language?

This page reads in Lithuanian, Polish, English and Ukrainian. The lessons themselves are in English, and every Fit Sheet is in English so a team can share them.

Is this for developers?

No. It is for people whose week is made of intake, briefs, meetings, documents, spreadsheets and hand-overs. Module 12 has a little code in it; it is the only one.

Which AI tool does it use?

The method works with whichever assistant you already have, and lesson 1.5 shows how to choose on capabilities instead of a brand. The setup module and the hands-on lessons are filmed in Claude Code, so v1 is the Claude Code edition; the required setup is about thirty minutes and the rest of the course does not depend on it.

How long does it take?

11 h 41 of lessons across four editions. Most lessons are five to nine minutes. The point is not to finish the videos; it is the stack of Fit Sheets you have at the end.

What if I only buy The Method?

Your access has no expiry date and you keep running the loop. If the course ever closes, you get 90 days' notice and your lessons to download. If you want the rest later, what you paid is credited toward Complete for twelve months.

When do the later editions ship?

In order: The Method, then The Work, then Unattended, then Keep It True. Complete buyers get each on its release day. The Founding price ends the day The Work ships.

Is there a certificate?

No. There is a work map, a knowledge base and two automations that run. Bring those to a conversation instead.

Which of your tasks are actually AI-shaped?

Two questions decide it: can you check the result quickly, and does it come back. A 2 min 36 s excerpt from the finished MAP lesson. Watch it, then print the blank Fit Sheet and run MAP on one task this week.

The Method launches first. The blank Fit Sheet is here now, no email needed.
